2. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, including when you submit a loan scenario, subscribe to the monthly notes, call the desk or email us. That information may include:

Name, email address, phone number and preferred contact method.
Property address, property type, purchase price, loan amount, rehab budget, after-repair value and exit strategy.
Borrowing entity, borrower experience and, if you provide it, financial information relevant to a loan scenario.
Consent records, correspondence and any documents you send.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as browser type, device type, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, and pages visited. If analytics or advertising cookies are enabled, the specific tools and consent choices will be disclosed before any non-essential cookie is set.

3. How we use information

We use information to review and shop a loan scenario, respond to inquiries, coordinate with lending partners and service providers, send requested updates, maintain records, prevent fraud, comply with legal and licensing obligations, and improve the website.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use submitted loan scenario details to send unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. How we share information

To arrange financing, we may share the information necessary to evaluate your scenario with private lenders, wholesale commercial lenders, title companies, appraisers, insurance providers and other parties involved in the transaction. Those parties have their own privacy practices, and their use of your information is governed by their agreements and applicable law.

We may also share information with service providers that support our operations (for example, CRM, email, hosting and analytics providers), professional advisers, and government or regulatory authorities when required by law. If the business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
