We helped a first-time investor jumpstart his flipping career in Ocala by financing a fixer that ended up needing more work than expected.
Our client wanted to fix and flip a property in Central Florida, and he was very qualified to do so.
Upon matching him with a lender to pre-approve the purchase, we started the appraisal process that revealed a foundation issue; this changed the terms of the loan, but we worked through it.
My brother, who was the buyer’s agent, negotiated 2 price reductions that sealed the deal for an elderly seller and their estate.
Our borrower was able to secure a 12-month loan with 100% of his rehab covered.
